Feeding Guidelines

A healthy and wholesome way to add variety to your dog’s usual diet. Serve as a rotational meal, meal mixer, dog food topper or as a soft treat that your dog will love. This product is intended for intermittent feeding or supplemental feeding. Serve directly from pouch or warm in microwave.

To heat: Tear 1 inch vent at the top. Stand up in microwave. Warm for 15-30 seconds. Let cool. Remove with cool grips. Serve and let your dog enjoy. Contains no meat by-products, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors, or supplements.

Refrigerate after opening for up to 4 days.

Follows all AAFCO guidelines.

    Almost Tempted to Try Some Myself

    Picked this up as a topper for my dog, and this Beef N’ Rice was my first experience with Portland Pet Foods product. I read the instructions and heated it up, and when I fully opened up the packet, my nose was punched by a mouth-watering aroma of savory beefy goodness 🤤 I was almost tempted to try a bite myself to see what kind of flavors my pup was about to enjoy! But my dog looked at me with confused eyes and I understood what he was trying to tell me. He says “I’m always hungry for your human foods and now you know what it feels like, so you better not dude or else” so I put the Beef n Rice in his bowl, about half of it and mixed it with some of his current food. He didn’t leave a single crumb. He licked his bowl clean! Clearly, we both like this particular flavor packet. I got one of each flavor and I am going to be trying the Turkey and Yams flavor next. For my dog, I mean.

    My dogs actually eat this product. I’ve tried so many and they like this the best. My dogs like chicken and pork. I haven’t tried the Salmon.

    Milo loves the Portland Pet Food

    Milo as a dachshund can be a picky eater. I put PPFas a topper and it goes quick! Leaving his regular food. This works well (better than bacon) since he needs to lose weight!

    I ordered the variety pack to test on my picky Havanese and so far he is cleaning his bowl of the 4 we tried. I also like the consistency, as my guy makes a small mess from large chunks of others I have tried.

    I will be reordering once is know his favorite.
