Rescued as a kitten, Boots was always grateful for the warm cozy spots in the house. She was known for her love of hunting and showing off her prizes proudly, much to the displeasure of her humans! She thrived off of PPFC in her final year, serving as the inspiration for the Salmon N' Pumpkin meal.

Wild-caught Salmon+
A high-quality protein providing antioxidants beneficial to the immune system, heart, brain, eyes, and coat. Salmon also contains the following: B vitamins help with circulation and utilization of fatty acids (for healthy skin), boost the metabolism to help overweight cats, fight anemia by producing red-blood cells. Niacin - an essential dietary requirement for cats - supports healthy energy production, blood circulation, and hormone synthesis. Essential to the nervous system, it also lowers cholesterol and supports healthy skin. Selenium: a trace element occurring naturally in salmon, it supports a healthy immune system and antioxidant status, and may protect against cancer. Calcium and Phosphorous for teeth and bones and transfer of energy and muscle function. Sulfur for healthy skin, nails, and coat and to fight itchiness and allergies. I have a five y/ o cat that I rescued at one year of age as a medically fragile cat. She has an immune disease and they pulled all of her teeth. She developed skin issues and required prescription foods mainly duck or rabbit, no chicken.
I have tried foods that she ends up refusing, however, she loves the Salmon N’ Pumpkin from Portland Pet Food.

I have 3 cats I have been trying to have them eat more healthy. Very picky. They walk away or throw up. UNTIL final I got Portland Pet food. They ALL. Love it. No walking away.
