PPFC x PTFC VIP Ticket Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering the PPFC x PTFC VIP Ticket Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Portland Pet Food Company ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Oregon and Washington who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Portland Pet Food Company ("PPFC"), Portland Thorns FC ("PTFC"), and their respective affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the entry form accessible via QR code displayed on in-store promotional materials. The form requires submission of a valid email address and phone number.

Bonus Entries: Participants may earn additional entries by submitting valid proof of purchase from a participating retailer. Each purchase of three (3) or more PPFC items qualifies for one (1) additional entry. Multiple qualifying purchases may be submitted; each must be separate and clearly documented.

Limit: One entry form submission per person. Additional entries only valid through eligible purchases as described above.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Two (2) VIP ticket experiences to a Portland Thorns FC home game (date to be determined by Sponsor in coordination with winner).
One (1) Portland Pet Food Company Gift Basket.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $999

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. In the event the advertised prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around August 5, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form (email or phone). If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails to comply with these Terms, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the PPFC privacy policy. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive future promotional emails and SMS communications from Portland Pet Food Company. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, PTFC, and their respective affiliates, retailers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

8. Disputes

Giveaway governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Giveaway must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Multnomah County, Oregon.
