Partnership Kicks Off June 15th With New "Pet Of The Match" Feature

The partnership brings together two Portland favorites – soccer and pets – creating new ways for families to enjoy game day together at Providence Park.

The collaboration debuts with a new "Pet of the Match" feature, giving fans a chance to see their furry family members celebrated on the big screen during every Thorns home game. For the inaugural match, fans can submit photos of any pet they love for a chance to be selected as the first Pet of the Match winner. The lucky winner will receive a gift package from Portland Pet Food Company, while the Thorns will provide two complimentary tickets to the game where their pet is featured. Future submissions will be simple through QR codes displayed during matches, making it easy for fans to participate throughout the season.
